Making CakeButter... butter... ceramic scraped across the countertop, an elbow pushing it towards its doom but a quick hand shooting out to make the save.   “Phew! You were almost a goner!” a bright voice said aloud to itself, a grin following – dissociated from anything that could be in front of her. Butter... cupboards were thrown wide in search of that salty yellow nectar, the death knell of toast and the ransom of cows. Not toast today though, that was yesterday. Something was soft about this morning, softer than usual as white dulled to grey and grey brightened to white with the passing of cloud and the break of sunlight upon concrete, swept and barren. The wind took no breath between constant but fluxing gusts that stretched him out a few centimetres as his clothes trailed and his hair was flung lightly back. He could feel his blackness against the pallid backdrop as he tried to view himself as others would see him, his eyes closed and his mind outside looking in, but he had no power to do anything but imagine and he couldn’t trust that wit Wisse Ich Bin

The Lady Deathsong Pt20Tilt   
Tohi smelt the fresh air before she saw it. It seeped in amongst the thick damp and began the replacement of rot with growth, death with life, as sweet-scented as flowers raising their aroma over a sun yellow field. A part of her buzzing mind saw the petals hover before her as dense as the scent – a bubbling imagination that saw curled lips of yellow-lined red, green-lined yellow and more vibrant madness carried by the breeze – building as fast as the forest thinned. Farewell (Gone Now)

Hey everyone,

I'm posting for Reph since he, as of yesterday, has officially become a missionary and will no longer be able to post on dA... or even go online at all except to email family members and friends. :hmm:

He did have two stories to upload before he left but I was too ill to edit them in time but he is okay with me uploading them so when I get time, expect two new deviations including one with my personal favourite character: Crow. I doubt any of you know about Crow except maybe one other person who was in a RP where he used Crow. :nod:

Eh, anyway thank you very much for the support you gave my brother. I know he really appreciated it and, like me, he was also encourage to write more when people actually took the time to read it and comment on it like on here. :thanks:

As of the 4th of April I will be leaving to do Missionary work for my church for the space of two years where I will be unable to write or hang about online like I am now. So until the 4th of April 2010 I will be in absentia from DeviantArt and will not be posting comments or deviations until I get back.

Thanks to everyone who watches me and who has commented or faved any of my deviations and I hope you are still around once I get back (I'll have so many deviations to look at).

In any case, the ultimate part of The Lady Deathsong should be up soon (It's written and just needs edited) thus completing the first book of The Lady Deathsong, the second of which I will start when I return.

Also, a treat(?) for you in the form of my first ever poem called Home. As with everything else I've done, it's a story but this time in a (loosely) fixed poetic style. I hope you enjoy (though that is easer said than done).
